What TurboDog Can Deliver for Your Business

Articles | Feature Stories
Short- and long-form stories researched and written based on journalistic standards.

Copy Editing
Fact checking; grammar and spelling review; reading for flow, continuity and transitions – essentially a top-to-bottom and bottom-to-top process to ensure perfection in any written piece. Here’s an example of 10 years of Maria’s copy editing for a syndicated newspaper columnist, ending Nov. 2023.

Misc. Collateral
Any of a number of pieces to help you tell your story – business cards, postcards, flyers, brochures, email/direct mail, etc.

Newsletter Development
Digital or print content prepared in an aesthetically pleasing manner to share a variety of stories and information with your subscribers or customers.

Press Releases | Feature Releases
News of your company drafted for presentation to media, for your online newsroom or as feature content.

Proofreading
A most essential communications function for accuracy and correct intent, preventing miscommunication and more. For example: Crocodiles Do Not Swim Here vs. Crocodiles!!! Do Not Swim Here!

Social Media Content
“Concise” has a whole new meaning from journalism of 40 years ago! Short content today goes with our short attention spans. Social media sites are just more tools in the communications arsenal; choose one or several. Maria works with X, Facebook, Pinterest, GETTR and Linkedin.

Speechwriting
Opening statements, product announcements and business announcements for businesses conferences based on themes/speaker voice and client direction, message points, and other background information.

Video Scripts
Targeted, short-form messaging for video to complement other communications outreach.

Websites
Conceptualize site structure and produce content for small to large websites.

White Papers
Long-form content to thoroughly explore an issue or topic and line out a position.

Based on the scope of the project, Maria can bring in graphic designers, website developers or other communications specialists and subject experts, as needed.
